Realistically no, not with checked-size suitcases. Nineteen seated passengers leave room for daypacks and cabin bags. A 19-person group arriving with full luggage should budget for a second vehicle or move to a 15-seat configuration.
Can an Elf reach Wae Rebo?
An Elf can normally cover the Ruteng and Dintor corridor, but the final access road toward the Wae Rebo trailhead is narrow and steep, and a large minibus is often not practical there. The standard solution is an Elf for the long highway stretch and a smaller vehicle for the last segment — planned in advance rather than discovered on the road.
Is a driver included, and does he speak English?
