- Narrow village tracks. Access lanes to some viewpoints, waterfalls, and traditional villages are single-lane, unpaved, or tight on turns. A Toyota Innova or a 4WD handles these without drama.
- Wet-season back roads. After heavy rain, unsealed approaches soften. We will recommend a different vehicle rather than risk your schedule.
If your trip mixes both — executive arrival plus a rough-road day — we simply split the fleet across days. That is normal, and it is cheaper than forcing one car to do everything.

Is the Alphard available for the drive to Ruteng or Bajawa?
We do not recommend it, and we will say so at quoting stage. Long Trans-Flores legs belong on a high-clearance vehicle. We would rather lose the booking than put your family on a route the car is not built for.
What happens if my flight into Komodo Airport is delayed or cancelled?
